From the photographs posted on X platform (formerly Twitter) page from the office of the Lagos State Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, some of the affected establishments include New Jerusalem Ark of God International Church and Yplus Event Centre.

The Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA) officials conducted an enforcement operation, which resulted in the closure and sealing off of specific establishments in areas including Lagos Island, Ojudu, Ogba, Magodo, and Ikosi, all due to concerns regarding noise pollution.

It was reported on Sunday that a popular nightclub was also sealed on Awolowo Road, Ikoyi.
The club, Silk Club located at 190, Awolowo Road, was sealed by the officials of the Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA), who on the commissioner’s orders, conducted a nighttime enforcement operation in the area.
